Prior to surgery, work is done to improve mobility, strength and flexibility to optimise recovery. After surgery, specific techniques are used to reduce pain, inflammation and accelerate rehabilitation.

Childbirth preparation course

Our course consists of 10 group classes lasting an hour and a half, once a week. It is structured as follows:​


5 theory classes taught by Charo, 5 practical classes led by Michèle.​


Classes are held in the afternoon with the following options: 3:15 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m.​


We recommend booking in advance (from week 12-16 of pregnancy) to ensure availability at your preferred time.​

This program can be started 6 weeks after giving birth and is designed to help you feel good physically and emotionally.​


It includes:​

- Posture re-education to prevent injuries.​

Toning and stabilisation of the lumbopelvic and abdominal region.

Strengthening and protection of the pelvic floor.

Hypopressive gymnastics, ideal for recovering your body without injuries and relieving back discomfort.

Postpartum: Regain your figure and wellbeing
